Accept the opportunity

Hi Ms. Spellman,

Thank you so much for reaching out to me. I would really enjoy the opportunity to meet with the
PTA at the meeting on October 12th. If possible, I would love to have an open forum with
parents instead of speaking since this will be my first interaction with the Parent Teacher
Organization. I would like the opportunity to complete a “start, stop, continue” activity in which I
am able to hear the input from the parents about the programming that is currently being offered
at the school.
