Notice On Risks Of Load Sheet

According to the issue of wrong data on the Load sheet on 6th of

May, the meeting between JC and CAMS (in charge of airports in
Cambodia) was held and the agreement was made as follows:
1. It is Mandatory that the cross check has to be made between at
least two ground handlers with authority of preparing the Load sheet.
2. It is Mandatory that the basic and important data has to be
highlighted or marked as follows:
- Aircraft Number
- Date
- Flight Number
- POB (Passengers on Board)
- STAB TRIM
3. It is required that the ground handler has to confirm the flight

number and POB with the CIC before sending into the cockpit.

Since it would take some time on corrections and the human errors

is hard to prevent. It might be wise to keep it mind that “Never trust

anyone and double check”. Kindly request your support as follows:
(1) The CIC has to confirm the flight number and POB on the Load

sheet if the ground handler did not do it positively.

(2) If the Load sheet was not highlighted or marked, the flight crew
has to confirm each important data with the ground handler one by
one.
(3) Each flight crew in the cockpit has to confirm the data on the load
sheet.
(4)The Captain has to confirm it and then sign it.
(5)The CIC should check the actual POB and the POB on the Load
sheet with the ground handler.
