A. Format: 10 minute podcasts will follow the same format. We will be having a round table discussion on the
issues going on around Kean University.
B. To find some good practices for podcasting we viewed Cision (a website about media intelligence)
(http://www.cision.com/us/2015/04/7-podcasting-best-practices/) to view 7 podcasting practices that might
be helpful. Overall they suggested that we be careful to plan our content ahead and to respect people’s time.
I feel as though we stayed organized and did this well.

1. Parking on campus- We will be discussing the issues around parking on campus

2. Eateries around campus- We will be discussing the different eateries around campus

3. Events around campus- We will be discussing different events that are going on around campus

4. Interesting Classes- We will be discussing interesting classes that are offered.

5. Financial Aid- We will be discussing the issues with financial aid

6. Registration- We will be discussing issues with registration

7. Applying to Kean- We will be discussing the steps on applying to kean

8. Benefits of coming to Kean- We will be discussing the benefits of coming to kean

9. Tuition- We will be discussing the issues with tuition on campus

10. Issues around Campus- We will be discussing all the issues that are currently impacting Kean
University.

Our series will be able to compete in the marketplace of other college podcasts because
we are discussing topics that may relate not only to Kean University but to all colleges
throughout the country.
