2. Please briefly describe what you believe to be the student’s greatest strengths / contributions to the project?

- Elizabeth was very organized.


- Elizabeth was great at communicating with me and the other designers/ participants.
- Elizabeth was able to handle stress well and create a welcoming environment for the people involved.

3. What might the student wish to further develop when working in a similar role in the future?
- Elizabeth could work on taking ownership of the show and showing confidence in her decisions. This will
come with experience.
- Elizabeth could work on asking clarifying questions with designers and director.
