Preferences can be changed to either affect the account (going through the Year buttons)

or via myCity or Homework. The user guides for creating a myCity and setting homework
will show how to change the preferences within those areas.
Within Schoolwide Settings, you can change the preferences for:
 Activities
 Tests
 PlayLive
There are options to change preferences for the whole school, or a particular year group
and subject.

Commonly changed preferences for activities include:

 Changes to the timer
 Auto-saving scores
 Changes to print certificate options
Commonly changed preferences for tests include:
 Changes to the timer
 Auto-saving scores
 Hiding scores at the end of a test
Commonly changed preferences for PlayLive include:
 Privacy options
 Leaderboard start date
