You quickly and quietly removed pom poms from the students that were not on task.
This created zero distraction. The children seem to enjoy trying to work together to
earn their rewards as a whole group, and they are still held accoutable individually.

Madison continues to ask questions throughout lesson to guage students

I truly think with the classes I have seen you work with, you have done a magnificent
job. Teaching and working with children comes naturally to you. Your flow within your
lessons along with your patience is impecable. You have done a tremendous job thus
