Objective
To learn and gain experience in human resources and organizational management. Specifically, to learn how to better use my
skills and to acquire additional skills needed to ensure organizational needs in the areas of employee management, succession
planning, development of effective performance appraisal systems and other critical human resource areas are met.

Direct Marketing Intern – BBYO International Office, Washington D.C. January 2018- Present
Manage and constantly update the SalesForce CRM accounts of 10,000+ donors to the organization
Organize over 200 items of direct mail donations and input their data into Excel each week and troubleshoot issues
regarding direct mail donations.
Maintain constant communication with donors through the generation of weekly Acknowledgements, personal letters
thanking donors for their gifts.
Spearhead of project to catalog historical documents regarding donor activity
Administrative Intern – CityKids, Tel Aviv, Israel May 2017- August 2017
Member of the administrative team with roles and responsibilities that facilitated direct support of the management
and operations of the facility.
Accountable for data management, professional development research, design for human experience, customer
service, and classroom assistance.
Developed and implemented a process migrating the existing library data system to a cloud based platform; included
troubleshooting the library data system and refurbishing over 1300 miscataloged ISBN codes.
Designed an Excel-based organization system to monitor accounts receivables, enrollments and critical participant
information (i.e. medical records).
Congregated and systematized an educational and recreational theme-based activities database as a tool and resource
for counselors and preschool teachers in the creation of lesson plans.
Leadership Experience
Vice President and National Representative – MEOR, Maryland December 2016- December 2017
Administered the guidance and leadership essential to spearhead an active student board comprised of 13 members.
Delivered the support and resources central to board members decision making, goal setting, and project execution
decisions; through utilization of individual meetings and the setting of SMART goals.
Actively participated in recruitment and outreach endeavors (ex. information booths and freshmen events, etc.)
Student representative of Meor National at the Olami International Conference 2016 in Brazil.
