Purpose: To educate those who hope to enter fields heavily reliant on interpersonal relationships
such as politics and business of the truth about manipulation.
Thesis: Although manipulation is given a negative connotation and perhaps rightfully so, it is a
necessary feature to interpersonal relationships even with the growing use of technology in our
society.

2. By understanding the History of humanity and its growth overtime, the reader will be
