ACKNOWLEGEMENT

First and foremost let me acknowledge those peoples who help me through this

entire journey. I am delighted to place on record the names of those valuable certain

individuals who cheer me up to accomplished this practice.

For needed help, I am gratefully thankful for the cooperation exerted by my

classmates and cousins in helping me to utilize and cultivate my plots, like digging holes

to build the trellis to support the vines of my sponge gourd (luffa) production. Thank you

so much guys for your patience and kindness even though you have a lot of murmurs,

still you’re always there to understand.

Special thanks is accorded to Dr. Redjie D. Arcadio, a humble, hardworking and

loving Campus Director for permitting us to use the back portion of our school to plant

our bountiful production.

Secondly, I would like to express my special thanks of gratitude to our dearest

instructor Mr. Danny E. Carabio, a thousand thanks Ican give for you. You broadened

and hastened my knowledge; enhance my skills and motivation especially in terms of

field works which also helped me in doing a lot of research and I came to know about

many new things. Thank you sir for bringing us to the City Agriculture Office of Naga

Cebu City as an OJT-Trainee. We treasure all those things that happen to us especially

during the field of practice which really helps us to improveour self-assurance/self-

esteem to conquer our fears.

I would especially like to thank Mr. Mario B. Unabia, the chairman and our OJT

Coordinator. As my teacher and mentor, he taught me more than I could ever give him

in return. He has shown me, by his example of what a good person should be.

I am grateful to all of those with whom I have had the pleasure to work with

during our OJT in Naga Cebu. Each of the members of the Committee, Tatay Prosing,

Kuya Manuel, KuyaRubin Gamay andKuya Rubin dako, you provided me extensive

personal and professional guidance and taught me a great deal about appreciating little

things into bigger opportunityand life in general and for taking care of our production

during the times when not on duty. .

Nobody has been more important to me in the pursuit of this practice than the

members of my family. I would like to thank my parents, whose love and guidance are

with me in whatever I pursue. They are the ultimate role models. During the entire

period of this work in field, I failed to satisfactory performed the role as a daughter in our

family. I greatly love them for their help and patience.
