1. References:

dated February 28, 2018; and
b. Revised PNP Operational Procedure.

2. This pertains to the letter request from Letter from Mr. Nilo R. Lapid., Sheriff IV,
Br. 220, RTC, Quezon City, NCJR dated February 28, 2018 for police assistance in relation
to the implementation of Writ of Possession with Civil Case No. R-QZN-14-05679-CV
issued by HONORABLE JOSE G. PANEDA, Presiding Judge, Br. 220, RTC, Quezon City,
NCJR.

3. Rule 28 Section 28.1 paras 2 and 3 of the Revised PNP Operational Procedures
which provides that:

“If the final decision or order is rendered by the Regional Trial Court or the
Municipal Trial Court, the request shall be submitted to the Office of the Regional Director
of the Police Regional Office (RD, PRO) having territorial jurisdiction over the place of
implementation. The request for police assistance of quasi-judicial or administrative bodies
shall be submitted to the Office of the Chief, PNP regardless of the place where the police
assistance shall be rendered, but the same maybe delegated to the Regional Director
upon the discretion of the Chief, PNP in accordance with Section 26, RA 6975.”

request.
