    To set up Eclipse Mars.2 for SAP HANA development, you must first download and install Eclipse Mars.2, then in Eclipse go to Help > Install New Software and enter the URL https://tools.hana.ondemand.com/mars to install the SAP HANA Cloud Platform Tools and SAP HANA Tools packages. You will need to accept license agreements and restart Eclipse after installation is complete.

    – TRANSLATE YOUR APPLICATION

    What to do Screenshot

    1. Download and install Eclipse Mars.2 (Eclipse IDE


    for Java EE Developers) from the following URL:

    https://eclipse.org/downloads/packages/release/Mars
    /2

    2. Start Eclipse: Go to the Help tab and click on


    Install New Software.

    3. Enter following URL into “Work with” field:


    https://tools.hana.ondemand.com/mars

    Select following two tool sets:

    1) SAP HANA Cloud Platform Tools


    2) SAP HANA Tools

    Click Next.

    In the next window click again on Next.

    4. Accept license agreements and click on Finish.

    Note: you might need to click OK in the next window


    “Security Warning”.

    Installation process has started. After installing, you


    will need to restart your eclipse.
