Boost Engagement Acquires Promotional Products Company

Dayton, OH, April 13, 2018 --(PR.com)-- Effective immediately, IMPACT Plus, Inc. will be merging
into Boost Engagement dba Shumsky and Boost Rewards. This includes all service and support of their
existing customers. IMPACT Plus is a leading provider of work uniforms and corporate apparel based out
of Charlotte, NC. Boost Engagement is the parent company of Shumsky, a Top 50 promotional products
distributor headquartered in Dayton, OH.

According to Dawn Conway, CEO of Boost Engagement, “This acquisition comes at an exciting time for
