Alejandra & Abi Set up Room 127. Make one circle of chairs (group has 30 volunteers).
Room Set-Up Hannah C. Set up Room 130 (OCSR office). Make one circle of chairs (group has 15 volunteers).
Check-In Table Emily Assist Lydia with setting up the materials for check-in table. Tape check-in signs to the table.
Assist Skyler with setting up the sign-up counter. Open volunteer sign-up sheet on all iPads. Tape sign-

Habitat for Humanity Council BluffsKyla Volunteers will be assisting in the ReStore by rearranging, cleaning, and organizing inventory.
Siena Francis House Kathya Volunteers will help staff prepare to host a party at the shelter.
Omaha Street School does not have regular janitorial service, and we rely on volunteers to help us clean
Omaha Street School Kelsey the building. Volunteers will help clean bathrooms, mop floors, clean windows and empty garbage cans.
Volunteers will assist with ReStore operations, which may include receiving donations, merchandising

Chabad-Lubavitch of Nebraska Alejandra Volunteers will be preparing and cooking baked goods to be distributed in the community.
Stephen Center Sandy Voluteers will assist with the Thrift Store operations by organizing donations and cleaning the store.
Restored Hope Emily Volunteers will assist with a deep clean of the organization.
New Visions Homeless Services Thrift

Volunteers will be making "You are Pure Potential" picture frames for all the program participants.
Voluteers will also be making thank you art for our volunteers. They will do some general cleaning at the
Gotta Be Me Bharat & Nata building and getting items ready for future programming.
YMCA - Butler Gast Parker Volunteers will be organzing the storage rooms.
Catholic Charities Mustapha Volunteers will assist with assembling packets of information and other organization tasks.
Abide Network Melissa & Nico Volunteers will assist with cleaning and organizing projects throughout the Abide campus.
Volunteers will help hang up winter clothing and stock shelves with housewares for the poor and needy
Open Door Mission Kim & Yousef that come to our Timberlake Outreach Center. The racks are being emptied as fast as we can fill them!
Refugee Empowerment Center Sadiq & Treyten Volunteers will sort and organize donations and assemble program documents.
NorthStar Foundation Isabella Volunteers will be sorting and taking inventory of a large amount of donated books (approx. 8000).
Students will be helping to organize books and may require some heavy lifting to place books on
shelves. We will also have students organize files by checking our database (AIMS) and filing in
Literacy Center of the Midlands Hannah C. alphabetical order
Assistance with day to day operations at our Street Outreach Center. Facility clean up, sorting and
Youth Emergency Services Cecilia & Chris organizing donations.
Washing down and putting a sticker on hundreds of yard signs that we use for Omaha Spring Cleanup
so they can be reused for the event in the spring. We may also bring a few other projects like creating
IN-HOUSE: Keep Omaha BeautifulKaylynn reusable thank you postcards and sorting storm drains, like we do at 60 Minutes of Service.
We will need students to help prepare items for our upcoming community event, Trek up the Tower.
Students will either help compile information into race packets or to number gear check in slips that are

IN-HOUSE: Conservation Fusion Payton Creating materials for conservation education and hygiene for children and students in Madagascar.

Water Coolers Empty all water coolers. Use paper towels to dry the inside of the water coolers.

As materials begin to pile up in the office, begin organizing the materials for easy transport to the

Volunteer Lead Bags Unpack all of the materials in the volunteer lead bags.
Gather all of the extra food and supplies and bring them to the office. Ask Lydia or Harnoor what we

should do with the extra food.
Return the chairs to the correct spots, clean up any trash, and wipe down all tables with a Clorox wipe.
Room Clean-Up Take pizza boxes to the lobby. Rooms: 100, 101, 100B, 106, 116, 118, 127, 128, 130, 201, 205, 209,
218, 221, 230, and 231.
