We have a well-developed supporting system to hold the seminars on measures for
taking the national examination and the in-house seminars on measures, and a good
result has been recorded. Employees who have obtained the qualification as
careworker are ranked higher in the level of accomplishment at the time of employee
evaluation, and the wage rage is expected.
We support the participation in the place of Japanese-language education, as
assistance for obtaining the qualification as careworker, in cooperation with the School
Education Department of Minamisatsuma City.
Other Descriptions

Wishing to "involve a culture in the welfare," we opened Facility A 20 years ago, as a


"relaxing place with pictures and sculptures," and have built a living space by
considering all the life of senior citizens to be a culture. We received the highest award
at the forum for healing and peaceful environment proposed by Dr. A. We realized our
long-awaited dreams of opening a clinic within the special nursing home, and work on
the terminal care. For the community, we developed service to support people all
through their life, so as to respond at any time 24 hours a day, every day. In our
company-wide approaches, we have been taking the nursing care without tying down
for granted, since the opening. We regularly hold lectures and workshops, and

continue enlightenment activities. As a measure for nursing care prevention, we
introduced the power rehabilitation and established the outpatient department
specialized in dementia in the clinic annexed to Facility A, a few years ago.
We also make efforts for the nursing care prevention through the day-care
rehabilitation service for brain activation that we newly started in Kagoshima City.
Our group home was established first in Kagoshima Prefecture as a model project of
the Ministry of Health and Welfare. In the day-care service, we provide meals
including dinner 365 days.
