1. Place, date, and time of event. The parties agree that the time and place of the event will be located at the address of Hotel Emma, San Antonio TX, on June 9th, 2018 at 5pm.
2. Description of Event. The event will be a wedding performance and will last
a total of 1 hour.
3. Payment. Compensation for the event will be 300 dollars, payable by cash,
check, or online payment sites such as Paypal, Venmo etc. A 50% deposit of Fee is due on the signing of this contract. This is a required condition for the contract to proceed; if a 50% deposit of Fee is not tendered upon the signing of this contract, no further obligation for either party comes due. The remaining 50% of Fee is due on the day of the event.
4. Cancellation. If cancellation by the client occurs, it must be 72 hours in
advance of the gig. Failure to cancel timely will result in the remaining 50% of the fee to be paid to the musician. Cancellation by the musician will result in the deposit fee to be paid back to the client.
