ONE DAY TOURS - All rates are per person. Rates without bus transportation are based on a minimum
of 40 paid passengers plus 1 complimentary (add $2.00 per person for groups between 15 and 39 people).
Requests for 1 to 14 tickets can be purchased online at store.davidtours.net. Rates with bus transportation
are based on a minimum of 44 paid passengers plus 1 complimentary. A deposit of $300 per bus is required
to hold reservations. Additional deposit of $25 per person is due 60 days prior to trip date, full payment
is due 30 days prior to trip date. Space cannot be guaranteed if payments are not received by due dates.
Deposits are refundable up to 60 days prior to trip date. Gratuities to waiters & waitresses are not included.

MULTI-DAY TOURS - All rates are per person and are based on a minimum of 40 paid passengers plus
2 complimentary. A deposit of $400 (1 night) or $600 (2 nights) per motorcoach is required. Additional
deposits are due 90 & 60 days prior to trip date. Final payments and rooming lists are due 30 days prior
to trip date. Reservations cannot be guaranteed if payments are not received by due dates. A minimum fee
of $300.00 will be charged if trip is cancelled. No monies will be refunded if trip is cancelled within 90
days of departure. Gratuities to waiters & waitresses are not included.

NORDIC LODGE LOBSTER FEAST - One Day Lobster Feast package is based on a minimum of 45 paid
passengers. Two and three day packages are based on a minimum of 45 paid passengers. 1st deposit of
$1,000.00 will guarantee reservation. Additional deposits due 90 days prior and 60 days prior to depar-
ture. Final payment and rooming list are due 30 days prior to trip date. Reservations cannot be guaran-
teed if payments are not received by due dates. All deposits and payments are NON-REFUNDABLE &
NON-TRANSFERABLE.

does not own or operate any motorcoaches, cruise lines, banquet or catering facilities, hotels or attractions
and that all arrangements made for transportation, accommodations, cruises, sightseeing, attractions, meals,
etc., are made by us solely as agents upon the express condition that we shall not be liable for any injury,
death, accident, loss, damage, delay, bankruptcy, or any irregularity which may occur either by reason of
defect in any vehicle or through the acts of default of any person or company engaged in transporting the
passengers or in carrying out the arrangements of the tour.

It is the sole responsibility of groups and individuals who have purchased feast tickets and have arranged
their own transportation, to arrive at the seafood feast’s scheduled time. For those patrons that arrive late
but while the event is still in progress, David Tours will make every effort to accommodate those individ-
uals. There are no refunds or exchanges for anyone arriving late or missing the feast or any other portion
of their tour.

The trip organizer is not an employee, representative, or agent of David Tours Inc. and acts solely as a rep-
resentative of the group. Any delay in pickup time is not grounds for cancellation. Any refunds issued by
David Tours Inc. are issued only to the company, person or organization named on a contract with David
Tours Inc., on the specific condition that the acceptance of such refunds are considered final. Such refunds
will release David Tours Inc. from any further claims by the recipient of that refund. David Tours Inc. will
not be responsible for the theft, loss, or damage of baggage and personal property. David Tours Inc. re-
tains the right to videotape any or all events listed in this brochure and use such videotapes to produce tel-
evision commercials and promotional videotapes that would be used to promote similar events. Any person
attending any event in this brochure releases David Tours Inc. from any claim from their image appearing
in such promotional videotapes or television commercials. It is the responsibility of the trip organizer to
disseminate all information printed in this brochure to their passengers.
