BIOGRAPHICAL DATA

The author, Kristine Kaye M. Tigson was born on September 8, 1994 in Talon Uno Las

Piňas, City. She is presently residing at Blk 12 Lot 6 Phase 2 Extension Mabuhay City Paliparan

3, City of Dasmariňas, Cavite. She is the first daughter among four children of Mr. Nolly I.

Tigson and Mrs. Sonia M. Tigson.

She finished her primary education at St. Aloysius Academy of Dasmariňas in the year

2007. During the same year she enrolled her secondary education on the same school also. She

finished it by year 2011. During the same year she undergraduate of Bachelor of Science in

Accountancy at ABE International College of Business and Economics Las Piňas.

She took up Bachelor of Science in Business Management in Business Management

major in Marketing at Cavite State University – Bacoor Campus and expected to finish her study

in the year 2018.

With deepest gratitude and appreciation, she humbly give thanks to the following people

who helped her in making his on-the-job training (OJT) possible:

Mrs. Glacie M. Omandam, acting branch head; Mrs. Nympha O. Maragaňas, bank

servicing officer; Mrs. Alma N. Concepcion, New Accounts Officer and her OJT supervisor;

Mrs. Hazel I. Nabor, assistant bank servicing officer and verifier; Mrs. Marishiel A. Hontiveros,

one of the tellers for their warm welcome and guided her during the training. She was very

grateful for having them as part of her on-the-job training. For all the advices that they taught her

during her stay with them and for everything that they did that contributed to her growth as a

human being;

To his co-trainees Via Monette Elumba, Lowella Hauisan, and Khim Dinola for the

happiness and foe being there to support her whenever she had difficulties during her training,

for the friendship, teamwork and for being her companions whom she could share her laughter;

To Cavite State University – Bacoor City Campus, where she continuously grow as a

student of Bachelor of Science in Business Management. She wanted to thank Ms. Annamarie

M. Rupido, her OJT adviser; Ms. Marielex S. Sabela, English critic, for helping her to finish her

narrative report; and to Prof. Ronan M. Cajigal, Campus Officer-in-charge, for giving the

students the opportunity to be educated without spending too much;

To her parents, Mr. Nolly I. Tigson and Mrs. Sonia M. Tigson for the love and care, for

providing all her needs financially and morally, for their never ending advices andfor being there

for him no matter what;

To his ever supportive siblings, John Kirby, Kharla Kim, and Krystal Kate, for always

To her friends and classmates, for all their advices and support during the journey oof her

training, she was really thankful to them;

Above all, to our Almighty God, for all the blessings He is showering upon each day of

his life. With love and gratitude, thanks for Him for the guidance during training and for making

his on-the-job training a possible one. For the wisdom He has bestowed upon her, for keeping

her love ones always safe, for giving enough knowledge and ability to perform each task

assigned and for the challenges He has given that made her stronger than ever.
