AND DID NOT APPROVED THE REQUEST OF REINO AFOS, EVANGELINE
GALLO, RODCEL CABE AND MEDITCHI CALIXTON TO ACCEPT AS MEMBERS
OF THE ASSOCIATION.”

“WHEREAS, in meeting held on _______________ at Barangay

Calumpang, General Santos City, the majority of the members of the Board
did not approved the request of Reino Afos, Evangeline Gallo, Rodcel Cabe
And Meditchi Calixton to accept them as members of the association;

“WHEREAS, the members of the Board do not want to enter into any
negotiation or settlement in accordance of their petition to remain in the lot
and be the members of the association;

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED that

the Community Association/Board of Directors is not favors to accept them
in the association as members.
