This artifact is from our first meeting of the Spring 2018 semester. I believe this artifact shows
my key insight of leading by example by how I structured this document. I make an effort to
the semester. In addition to immediately communicating all K-12 events, I always try to make
clear what my members need to accomplish in the coming week through “action items” and
“upcoming events”. I have discovered that this increases accountability and responsibility in
team members. Additionally, the Office of Sustainability requires that the actions of facilitator
(who creates the agenda), scribe, and time-keeper rotate throughout the semester to each team
member. I hope to have shown my team members what I look for in an agenda in terms of
