PREPARATION:
Joel: ready! Here we have all the ingredients. Now Bony, how should we
cook/prepare?
Bony: First, we have the potatoes chips ready.
Gimena: ok!
First cut the loin into pieces and season them with ground garlic, cumin,
oregano and vinegar.
Joel: On the other hand, heat the pan with a little oil. Then add the meat and fry
for a moment.
Bony: Second, remove the meat and the same oil add the chopped onion,
tomato and chili.
Gimena: fry everything and add the meat, sillao and vinegar.
Joel: then add the meat, mix everything.
Bony: finally add Chinese onion and a bit of chopped culandro.
Gimena: here in Peru the “lomo saltado” is eaten with rice.
Joel: Yeah, well now we have lunch ready. Let's taste!
Bony: ummmm, it is delicious!!!!
