3. TRAIN YOU MIND Meditate, focus on CONTROL IT, GET BACK the power of your mind.
without control your mind is like crazy monkey whit a gun YOU NEED TO CONTROL YOUR MIND.

4. FOCUS; Force your mind in what you are doing, don’t let it dissipate, keep it here & now were it belong away from negativity.

5. SEPARATE YOURSELF FROM YOUR THOUGHTS BY TRAINING YOUR MIND


The only time our thoughts can hurt us ( or help us) is when we identify whit them, we are not our thoughts, our thought are a
voice in our head, just a voice that you can Control, It Shape It , Shut It and Change, it
WHEN YOU UNDERSTAND THIS YOU GET MASSIVE POWER OVER IT you can use your thinking to be productive and met your goals,
don’t let your mind go autopilot it will destroy you that is why you need to be aware of self-limited, rage and negative thoughts.

6. CONSTANT REDIRECT
ANY TIME YOU BE AWARE OF A NEGATIVE/ RAGE THOUGHT YOU CAN REDIRECT IT BY ASKING YOUR SELF “HOW CAN CHANGE
THIS INTO SOMETHING THAT HELPS ME STEAD SOMETHING THAT FUK ME by doing this you will feel in control of use your mind to
get what you want not what the mind want.

THIS IS A HABIT CHANGE IT
