CLIENT'S OBJECTIVES:

• Research and solidify placement for Food Truck operations.

• Assist with elimination food waste.
• Create foot traffic in-house and coordinate events to generate virtual foot traffic.

FEE AGREEMENT:

Type of Fee: Quarterly Rate Fee

Current Fee Schedule: $ 00.00 per quarter – Service Fee - Jasmin Hale

Non-Refundable Up-Front Fee: $ 00.00

Costs, Travel and Expenses: To be paid by Client

The Company has not and does not guarantee that any particular result will be achieved.
Representative agrees to use her best efforts to accomplish the Client's lawful objectives within the bounds
of legal ethics. Failure to achieve the Client’s objectives does not relieve Client from payment of fees in
accordance with this Agreement.

Initial Payment and Minimum Non-Refundable Up-Front Fee. In consideration for the services
to be rendered on behalf of Client by the Company, Client is to pay the Company an initial non-refundable
upfront fee in the amount of $00.00, as described above. This sum is to be paid to DREAM CATCHER
INDUSTRIES, before any work is performed.

Computation of Fees and Expenses. As part of the computation of Representative fees herein,
Client agrees that the time expended by the Company will be recorded and billed to Client at the rate of
$00.00 per quarter. Expenses incurred on Client’s behalf are to be paid by Client in addition to the current

fee schedule.

Client agrees that Client will be billed at the end of each month for any Company’s fees or expenses
incurred but not yet paid; and that the full payment of said bill is due within seven (7) days of mailing.

Client acknowledges that the amount of any Fee or non-refundable up-front fee paid in accordance
with this agreement was determined after consideration of numerous factors, including but not limited to:

The time and difficulty likely required to accomplish Client’s objectives,

The specialized skills, experience and reputation of the Company,
The time sensitivity of Client’s objectives, and
The likelihood that acceptance of employment by Client will preclude the Company from
accepting other employment.

Client understands that they are represented by the Company of DREAM CATCHER
INDUSTRIES and that while a specific Representative of the Company may be named as the
Representative in charge of their account, such Representative may be assisted by other Representatives
from time to time to avoid conflicts in schedules.

The following miscellaneous provisions apply to this Agreement.

a. Texas Law to Apply. This Agreement shall be construed under and in accordance with the laws of the
State of Texas, and all obligations of the parties created hereunder are performable in Williamson
County, Texas.

b. Parties Bound. This Agreement shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the parties hereto and
their respective heirs, executors, administrators, legal representatives, successors and assigns where
permitted by this Agreement.

c. Legal Construction. In case any one or more of the provisions contained in this Agreement shall for any
reason be held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable in any respect, such invalidity, illegality, or
unenforceability shall not affect any other provision thereof and this Agreement shall be construed as if
such invalid, illegal, or unenforceable provision had never been contained herein.

d. Prior Agreements Superseded. This Agreement constitutes the sole and only agreement of the parties
hereto and supersedes any prior understandings or written or oral agreements between the parties
respecting the within subject matter.

Change of Address or Absence of Client. Client promises to promptly inform the Company of any change
of address, phone numbers, employment, or anticipated trips of more than ten (10) days.
