Sir,

1. There is need for intensive industrial campaigns to facilitate

setting up of MSMEs.

2.In this regard the land and credit support are two primary
things which ensure early setting up of the units, apart from a
right project proposal and the proponent.

3.The DICs can facilitate on the viable projects ,and the APIIC
can facilitate regarding the land for industry. The APSFC and

the MSE branches of the banks can facilitate the credit

support required.

4.In all the assembly constituencies of A.P(175) it may be taken

up and a budget of Rs 30,000/- per constituency is proposed.

5.As per instructions, a draft circular memo to all the General

Managers,DICs in the state with instructions to furnish plan of
action in consultation with APIIC and APSFC, for conduct of
the campaigns from 15 Dec 2017 to 15 Jan 2017 , is submitted
for perusal and approval sir.

1.Rs 59,00,000/- estimated amount for the industrial intensive

campaigns in 175 constituencies @ Rs30,000 per constituency
and Rs 50,000/- for the dist level program has to be sent to the
General Managers to start the program from 15-12-2017.

2.The budget may be released to them from IP or some other

source sir.
