Mrs. Y is a generous and caring neighbourhood to patient R and patient’s

family. According to her sometimes she supplies the needs of patient R
patient’s R’s family especially when they don’t have anything to eat. She
also stated that the barangay captain and other staff of the barangay
provides the needs of patient’s R’s medication and therapy. She knows the
family of patient R for more than 30 years and until now she lives near at
the patient R’s family. She said that patient R is loner person and don’t have
any friends and the people around her don’t want patient R’s to be friend so
patient R accompanies her mother’s work. Patient R has a low iq level which
leads her to be an illiterate. Patient R is a grade 1 level and don’t want to
attend herself to school. She is always absent in her class because she
prefers to play. She always do cutting classes. Patient R always make herself
beautiful and pretty and sometimes go to barrio and have some party-party.
Patient R has no vices. According to Mr. Y patients meals comprises of fish
and pancit that her neighbour provides her. There’s no anything that
happened to patient R that her family knows. According to Mrs. Y she has a
2 siblings whom she fought every time patient R attacks her mental disorder.
She was bullied by the people who sorrounds her because patient R has a
mental disorder. According to Mrs. Y there is someone whom patient R avoid
because that person attempts to rape patient R and accuses her that she
stoled money from “malang”. According to her “malang” is senior high
school student who lives in amacio (poblacion). The people around her don’t
want patient R to be friend because they are scared of what may patient R
will do to them. According to Mrs. Y patient R started to feel depressed at
the year 2015 where she is so harmful and tend to slap and punch the
people around her. She goes outside and get naked. She sometimes talk to
herself alone. The last time that patient R was admitted she commits
suicide and cuts herself. There are times that patient R is out of her sense.
