Question 1- Design a computer system to solve a specific equation:

a) Create an equation based on the combination of mathematical, relational and

logical operator.
b) Evaluate the equation using any random value. Include the structure of the order
of processing.
c) Develop PAC for the equation.
d) Develop Interactivity Chart.
e) Develop IPO for the equation.
f) Develop algorithm for the equation.
g) Develop desk checking for the algorithm.

Question 2- Convert manual form to a computer system

a) Conduct a site visit to the UTC kuantan.

b) Chose one department office as your case study. One department can be a case
study for more than one student.
c) Take any manual form / registration form from the chosen department. The form
must be in at least one page A4 size paper. Each student must use a different form.
Fill in the google form to book your form (first write first serve). Each section will
have different google form.
d) In your report, write description about the department and the usage of the form.
e) Propose a computerized system to replace the manual form.
f) Design the solution for the problem using the sequential logic structure (without
decision and looping). Your design must include the following tools:

i. PAC
ii. Interactivity Chart
iii. IPO
iv. Algorithm
v. Desk Checking
