matter groups.

Mr. Pieter Dekker

Pieter holds a degree from the University of Amsterdam and he qualified

as a Register Accountant with the Dutch NBA and as a Chartered
Accountant with the Institute of Chartered Accountant of Scotland. He
has 26 years’ experience and has worked in the United Kingdom,
Belgium, Netherlands and United States.He has worked with extensively
with clients in the oil & gas and mining industries. Previously, he worked
for the European Commission and for the European Financial Reporting
Advisory Group (EFRAG).

Mr. Victor Chan

Partner-Ernst & Young LLP

He is a Partner in the Global IFRS Services Practice of Ernst & Young

LLP in the UK and is a member of the EY Global Leases subject
matter group. Victor advises engagement teams on the latest
implementation matters for the new leases standard and leads the
global efforts in learning and development as well as insight sharing
on lease accounting.

Victor earned his Master of International Business and Bachelor of

Commerce from the University of Auckland.
