Before Welding
Ensure latest ISO drawings are using on site fabrication and erection,
Review record fit up daily activity pipeline installation to Inspection preparation,Ensure
correct material, size and dimension are using as per ISO drawing requirement,
Preparing Request for Inspection to client accordance approved Inspection and test
plan.
During Welding
Review welding procedures, welder certification, welding consumable specially assure
correct electrode are using base on material specification and welding equipment
calibration.
After Welding
Conducted visual inspection, monitor weld repaired, NDT, and prepared summary
welding report.
