Agent not assigned in task which is con gured in  Question

WE20 -post processing: permitted agent tab

I have a requirement to send noti cation to agents when Idoc fails.

So i con gured the agent in WE20 : post processing: permitted agent tab,

But the task is not triggered to agents which is con gured.

But if agents are assigned at task level and task group level then it is triggered to particular agents.

Is there any other steps to be done to send work item to the agents which are con gured at partner pro le in
WE20 (post processing: permitted agent) tab?
