OUTCOME
Upon completion of Industrial Training, the learning outcome are :
• Extend the boundaries of knowledge through research and development
• Develop significant commitment in the students’ profession/specialization
• Integrate classroom theory with workplace practice
• Develop greater clarity about academic and career goals
• Develop new or advanced skills
• Develop lifelong learning skills
• Gain understanding of administrative functions and company culture
• Appreciate the ethical basis of professional practice in in relevant industry
• Display a capacity for critical reasoning and independent learning
• Exercise the role of the professional/specialist/manager/supervisor confidently in the
relevant industry
• Write formatted report explaining the work in industrial training and describing the
experience
• Assess the adequacy of training
• Explore options in career plans and goals
• Make a gradual transition from academia to career
2. Ability to analyse a given engineering problem, identify an appropriate problem solving methodology,
implement the methodology and propose a meaningful solution.
4. Ability to identify sources of hazards, and assess/identify appropriate health & safety measures.

LEARNING OUTCOME
Training is one thing mandatory for every student at the Polytechnic and also that there are institutions in this
Malaysia.This training is important because it can expose students to the working world.All these while a student would
only see and know the environment, nature of work experience and exposure through friend or any member of their
family.Now with industrial training for students preparing to take the working environment by leveraging existing
experience while in the gym.
If the Internship is not practiced, it can not be fully understood for all forms whether in the field of theory.Therefore,
activities or technical jobs that exist in the private sector and government can provide the technical skills of existing or
new obtained elsewhere.
