and for maintenance purpose.

There is a smart lightning systems that we are going to create so for that all the row
materials are needed.

We need to present this project to various departments in order to get tenders from it.

Also we need to raise a basic fund and for that we need to present this project to various
persons.

We are going to maintain our system so that it will work more and more properly.

We also have to test our devices in order to provide quality.

We have a requirement of Funds to develop devices and also by funding we can have a
man power who can work for us and we can provide better services.

This devices reduces cost of electricity and also it provides better way to utilize electricity.

This devices Saves electricity more so it will also affect to Consumer.

There is a requirement of Electricity to all appliances.

This is a smart system that we are going to provide to customer and it is fully automated
systems.

This is Automated system so customer has no worries about knowledge of devices and
use of it.

We are going to save Electricity so there is very less wastage of Electricity and also more
power saving.

This is auto On-Off lightning system so No manual Manpower required to do daily

activities of on-off of device.

Because it is automated system so customer need not to worry about any kind of
maintenance.

It can be used by any customer who doesn’t have any knowledge of this Device.

» CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIPS
For customer services we have our own Customer Resolution Centre and also we have
service contact number for any kind of Emergency.

For every devices we are going to provide user manual so that in case of Emergency
customer can read manual and work with Device.

We have our own installation team who can install devices to customers place and can
give guidance to customer about this Device and aware customer for How to use this
devices.

We have our own maintanence Staff who can maintain this devices so that it can work
properly.

Through tenders and through Presentation we are going to raise a fund for this particular
Project.

Through our team we are going to reach to customers Doorstep in order to provide
installation and services.

Through maintenance staff we are going to maintain this devices after every time period
and take care of it.

From our customer service centre we are going to take care of customer for any kind of
queries.

By sending proposals to Government department we are going to get direct tenders to
use this devices at customers place.

Through direct contact with Electricity Department of each and every place we can have a
electricity for utilization.

For public use we are creating this devices so that at each and every home of Customer
there is this kind of devices so that Customer can use it.

For different offices and different sectors we can have a different kind of models so that it
can work properly.

For Societies we can have our different model so that it can cover whole area at a time
and no need to worry about any personalization.

For government sectors we have a devices to be install and use it.

» COST STRUCTURE
For manufacturing of devices and to develop a new system and to use it publically require
a lot of effort.

For sensors and controllers we have a requirement of massive amount of cost so that it
can work properly.

We have a requirement of electricity so for that there is cost require in order to provide
electricity at every door step.

There is separate cost requirement for team who are going to install this devices at
customers doorsteps.

There is a Requirement for Emergency team who can work in case of any kind of

From this kind of devices customer doesn’t need to worry about bill payments and also
doesn’t need to worry about any kind of misuse of electricity.

So customer can have a trust on this and pay for this devices.

Electricity department also provide money for it because it can save many things and
provide good number of facilities.
