2. One day before flight operating 05:00 pm, send GD/CREW LIST/CUSTOMER (GD

Chinese version should be 10 copies) for QD764 (KMG-REP) to the following address:

3. Destination alternate airport is ZUGY

4. 3 hours before flight operate finish all the documents and send to the following

5. About the telegram

(1) Add RMK/TCAS II in the FPL and the telegram sample as following:

(2) 150 minutes before flight departure send whole dispatch release to KMG and

ZSHA ATC, telegram address is KMGZPCA/SHAFP8X/PEKFP8X/ KMGTZ8X

(fuel telegram address)
