The handling procedure for

extended-water flight

1. 航班执行前，维修工程部将四套救生筏安装至所飞延伸跨水航班的飞机上，并通知

OCC.

Before the flight, EMD install four life-rafts to the aircraft which concerned

extended-water flight, and tell OCC which aircraft had been installed life-rafts.

2. 航班执行当天，OCC 按照机务提供的飞机信息，制作放行资料，并在任务书、CFP 中

用 R 标识在飞机注册号后面表示该飞机装有救生筏，否则签派员不得放行该航班。

On the day of this extended-water flight, OCC make the release materials

according to the aircraft information provided by EMD. And label “R” after

the register number of the aircraft, which means this aircraft was installed life-

rafts, otherwise flight dispatcher must not release the flight without life-rafts.

3. 机组上机后，核实四套救生筏是否已经装在相应的行李架上，如果没有安装，则第一

时间通知 OCC。

After boarding, flight crew or cabin crew check whether the life-rafts had been

installed in the luggage rack. If the four life-rafts are not installed, then inform

OCC on time.
