For the following Small Claims case of DAVAO CENTURY FINANCING CORP. (ANDA BRANCH)
vs. JIMENEZ, EDNA B., JIMENEZ, HECTOR C. AND BAJADE, GINA. It is docketed as SM. CL. No. 429-B-
2009. The case is for Collection of Sum of Money, decided based on Compromised Agreement dated
March 30, 2009. The Plaintiff Davao Century Financing Corp., (Anda Branch) in this case filed a
Motion for Issuance of a Writ of Execution already, dated July 19, 2010. I am requesting such
documents, for the purpose of filing an Action for Revival of Judgment, since it is more than 5 years
from such decision and for documentation purposes.

Davao Century Lending Corp., (Quimpo Branch) in this case filed a Motion for Execution already,
dated May 28, 2016. There is also an existing Writ of Execution dated June 22, 2016. I am requesting
such document, for the purpose of filing an Action for Revival of Judgment, since it is more than 5
years from such decision and for documentation purposes.
