Further to the published main list (vide Circular no 03 dated 12-01-2018) and the first
contingency list published (vide Circular no HO:CIR:13:2018 dated 06-03-2018),of
the candidates provisionally selected for the post of Assistant in all the States
/UT’s,the list of candidates provisionally selected in respect of the second
contingency list in lieu of candidates not joined is as under:
The provisionally selected candidates are advised to report to the office mentioned
against their name for pre-employment medical examination from 20th April, 2018 to
26th April, 2018 (excluding Saturdays, Sundays & Public Holidays) during 10 AM to
5.45 PM with one Photo-ID (Aadhar Card / Driving Licenses / PAN Card / Passport /
Voter Id).
Candidates are not entitled to claim any travelling expenses for attending the
medical examination.
Candidates have to carry 2 passport size photos of similar one which was submitted
at the time of application.
In case the candidate fails to report for medical examination as indicated above, we
shall assume that he/she is not interested in joining the company and his/her
candidature shall stand cancelled automatically without any reconsideration of the
same in future and without any further communication to him/her. No
correspondence in this regard will be entertained.
The applicant should ensure that he/she fulfils the eligibility and other norms
mentioned in the recruitment advertisement as on the specified dates and that the
particulars furnished by him/her are correct in all respect. IN CASE IT IS DETECTED
AT ANY STAGE OF RECRUITMENT THAT A CANDIDATE DOES NOT FULFIL THE
ELIGIBILITY NORMS AND/OR THAT HE/SHE HAS FURNISHED ANY INCORRECT/FALSE
INFORMATION OR HAS SUPPRESSED ANY MATERIAL FACTS/ OR HAS USED ANY
UNFAIR MEANS OR IMPERSONATING OR PROCURING IMPERSONATION BY ANY
PERSON, HIS/HER CANDIDATURE WILL STAND CANCELLED, IF ANY OF THE
SHORTCOMINGS IS/ARE DETECTED EVEN AFTER APPOINTMENT, HIS/HER SERVICES
ARE LIABLE TO BE TERMINATED.
The SC/ST/OBC candidates certificates will be verified through the proper channel.
If the verification reveals that the claim of the candidates to belong to SC/ST/OBC as
the case may be, is false, the candidature of such candidates will stand cancelled and
services of such candidates, if appointed, will be terminated forthwith without
assigning any further reasons and without prejudice to such further action as may be
taken under the provisions of the Indian Penal Code for production of false
certificate.
Documents which were not submitted by the candidates during the Regional
Language test have to be submitted at the time of Pre Employment Medical
examination.
