OBJECT: BAD CHECK NOTICE

Dear Mr. Junsan,

You are, according to law, hereby notified that your check dated January 25, 2017, drawn on Citi
Bank Iznart Branch, Iloilo City, in the amount of Forty-Six Thousand Six Hundred Sixty-Six &
67/100 (P46, 666.67) has been returned unpaid with the notation that payment has been refused
because of non-sufficient funds. Within three (3) days from receipt of this notice, you must pay
or tender to us sufficient money to pay the instrument in full.

You are advised to make your payment immediately.

Unless we receive good funds for said amount within three (3) days, we shall immediately
commence appropriate legal action to protect our interest. Upon receipt of replacement funds, we
shall return to you the dishonored check.
