We, ROBERTO A. OBRA and CORAZON U. OBRA, both of legal age,

Filipino, married, and a residents of Armor Village, San Jose Gusu, Zamboanga
City, Philippines, after having been duly sworn to in accordance with law,
hereby depose and say:

1. That we are the parents of RODELZON U. OBRA born in Zamboanga

City on April 28,1994.

2. That our child is intending to contract marriage with JOYCE

JENELLE L. GONZAGA in Tagum City, Davao del Norte.

3. That we are giving our consent to our child RODELZON U. OBRA in

marrying JOYCE JENELLE L. GONZAGA.

4. That we are executing this Affidavit for the purpose of informing the
authorities concerned of the veracity of the foregoing facts and for
whatever legal purposes it may serve.
