Classroom rules
 Identify the classroom rules and identify how these rules are being reinforced during
the school day
 Note any opportunities to teach these rules or write your ideas on how to teach these
rules (see table 4 for example)

1.Listen to the teacher.  Use pictures with the rule sentence to pot it in
the classroom.
 The teacher tells the students about the rule at
the beginning of the day.
 Teacher tell students what they do when she
speaks.
 Teacher gives the children's positive feedback if
they follow this rule.
 Teacher asks the children what will happen if
they don’t listen to her.

2. Raise your hand to speak.  Use pictures with the rule sentence to pot it in
the classroom.
 The teacher tells the students about the rule at
the beginning of the day.
 Teacher tell students what they do if they want
to speak.
 Teacher choose children who raise her hand to
speak in the classroom.
 Teacher gives the children's positive feedback if
they follow this rule.
 Teacher asks the children what will happen if
they don’t follow this rule.
3.Be kind to your classmates.  Use pictures with the rule sentence to pot it in
the classroom.
 The teacher tells the students about the rule at
the beginning of the day.
 Teacher ask students how they should be kind to
their classmates.
 The teacher praises children who are following
this rule.
 Teacher asks the children what will happen if
they don’t follow this rule.
