Instructions: 1. Listen to the audio
2. Order the foods according to the days
3. Look at the answer on board
4. Check their answer

Justification:
This listening activity is suitable for grade three, it develops their listening skill.
They will memorize and revise the new words to solve and encourage the
mental to find a solution and order the events. The children in this activity will
listen to the audio to sequence. According to Brewster, "This activity is usually
based on pictures written phrases which are rearranged into the correct order
while listening to a story" (2004) This activity is also can improve student's
skills in writing, and memorizing the new vocabulary's, we can use the same
activity to make the children read a story about the food and write some
sentence about their favorite food. Most of the skills will get improved through
one activity. At the end of this activity, students will feel confident while they
write, and read what they write about the fruits.

The Very Hungry Caterpillar

One Sunday morning the warm sun came up and


pop out of the egg came a tiny and very hungry
caterpillar, he started to look for some food, on
Sunday he aye through 1 apple, but he was still
hungry, on Monday he ate through 2 pears, but he
was still hungry, on Tuesday he ate through 3
plums, but he was still hungry, on Wednesday he
ate through 4 strawberries, but he still hungry, on
Thursday he ate through 5 oranges, but he was still
hungry, in Friday he ate through 6 peaches.
