B. REQUIREMENTS FOR IMMERSION SITES

1. Should have a good working MOPA on the site

2. Preferably with ongoing CM prep, S.A or RLTA activities
3. Participants can observe a Barangay Assembly
4. 2 days of actual conduct in interview/census

C. 6 days training (Monday to Saturday) 2 days lecture, 2 days actual interview, 2 days ????
D. CM Preparation – hiring of a technical person who knows about mapping

E. Scope of terms and reference of the hired personnel
- The responsibilities and scope of work of the hired encoder must be expressly
specified/explained
- 1 month is not sufficient to accomplish the encoding of data. Suggested is 2 months as per
Sir Henry
F. Third option: to digitized the cadastral map (2-3 days)
- Scanned maps will be given to LGUs as per Sec. Cimatu
G. Pilot areas must be assessed first
H. Requirements for Pilot Municipalities for RLTA
 1. Availability of Cadastral Data:
- Cadastral Maps – should be outside timberlands
- List of Claimants
- Land Data
- Status of the Lots/Lot Allocation Book (CENRO)
- The pilot municipality should have initial potential of 1500 untitled lots

Day 2 – Barangay Consultation with option to proceed to interview
Day 3 & 4 – Continuation of house-to-house interview census, presentation of RLTA output
Day 5 – Reflection, observation and strategizing

B. Resource Person
- Arrangement of travel, accommodation
- Training will be conducted on the 3rd week of May up to 1st week of June

C. Terms of Reference for Encoders/Researchers, CDA, and Enumerators – refer to LAMP Manuals
D. Transportation costs during the immersion
