HOTEL: Housekeepers, bellmen, concierge, valet, salon/spa, fitness instructors, tennis & golf pros

Detailed reporting as to tip buckets and/or employees by unique employee number.Through the website, the Sub-Service
Provider will connect to the app via an API or will download a file with the Service Provider code and tip amount.

Reporting:

Different Reporting Time Frames:


 Daily – report for payments submitted by a sub-service provider that could not be paid because a service provider
was not registered
 Current Period – report for activity since the last monthly period (activity since prior month-end)
 Monthly Period - reports for prior months – (monthly period starts on the first day of each month and ends on the
last day of each month)
 Quarterly Period - reports for prior calendar quarters – (quarterly periods are: Jan 1 - March 31; April 1 - June 30;
July 1 - Sept 30; Oct 1 - Dec 31)
 Annual Period - reports for prior calendar years of history – (annual periods January 1 - December 31)

For Customers – reports for any of the reporting time periods:
