PROCEEDINGS: Mediation conducted and is on-going. The defendants must deliver their proposal
for an “in kind” co-marketing program to the plaintiff by May 9, 2018. A copy of that proposal must
be delivered to the Court by email attachment (Baughman_Chambers@ohnd.uscourts.gov) by that
date. The plaintiff must deliver its response and comments to that program to the defendants by May
16, 2018, with copy delivered to the Court by email attachment by that date. The Court will conduct
a telephonic status conference with counsel only on May 31, 2018 at 1:30 p.m. A separate order
regarding that conference will issue. A resumed mediation conference with counsel and parties in
attendance will be held on June 29, 2018 beginning at 11:00 a.m. A separate order regarding that
conference will issue.
