AN MANUAL OF GLOBAL SOCIAL DEVELOPMENT

The consequences of gender/genetic inequities among Corporate,

Governments and Common people during Social Development:
[Statement is made for the 49th session of the UN commission for social development to be
held 2-11 February 2011, New York]

Human isolation, unnatural death and senseless migration are birth places of
gender/genetic inequities: which exploded a long time back in history by leaving
behind fragments of gender gap, gender bias, gender disability and gender
domination in global social structure. The existence of gender/genetic inequities
and its fragments are deteriorating the genetic expression and response for false
social composition. The false gender/genetic composition and transmission is
promote disequilibrium in gene and trait frequencies at [Emotional Quotient] EQ;
[Intelligence Quotient] IQ in genome and retain EQ of Emotional values by
diminishing the IQ in moral values. Global populations are submerged in [EQ]
Emotional world and make emotional tipped information for so -called successful
living without Peace. The measure of general intelligence among various ethnic
groups around the world is hidden in moral value of its IQ driven out of
gender/genetic equity which maintain the flow of EQ, IQ allelic trait frequencies and
equilibrate with one another to gain Peace, prevent corruption and reduce global
warming for healthy social development.

The EQ dominant emotional worlds are misspelling biological information and

diminish IQ of moral ethics in mutual-ism by retaining the emotional addicted
profitable motives in memory and intellect. The diminished moral ethics in mutual-
ism may not mitigate emotional addicted profitable motives and accumulate
stresses which derange immune system for chronic diseases. The mutual-ism is
hold ethical nobility in base value to balance emotional and moral values
for social development and Peace. Humans engage in mutual-ism with other
species such as dogs, cats’ in domestics and not with humans in common due to
prevailing huge volume of gender inequities and EQ dominant false social
composition around the world.

The stresses among corporate sectors are in gaining profits: the stresses among
Governments are in obtaining Power from common people: and the stresses among
common people are in getting relieved from inequities, poverty and unhealthy
conditions. The gender inequities and its accumulated stress make systems failure.
The ratio of stress driven profitability and Power in governance are
determine the Corporate legal rights on human, natural resources for configuration
of business to certify, transfer unit values easily in stock which make company to
raise resources and stay alive for centuries. The profitable nexus between corporate
and government bodies power corrupts and exploit natural deposits without the
knowledge of common people to keep corporate alive in profit to share behind the
walls.

The occupation or exploitation of natural deposits without common concern in any

geographical regions will revolt and respond in recession, inflation and poverty to
repeat war of extremism. Today, the common people are experiencing the same in
their respective geographical region with mental agitation & degradation in lieu of
Social Development. The unnoticed fast growing rate of human isolation, unnatural
deaths and senseless migrations tremendously expanded gender inequities at Jammu &
Kashmir in India and paved way for the entry of foreign elements to make worst for further
expansion of gender inequities at the state to remain with unresolved issues for social
development. The maintenance ratio of gender equity via male, female and
trans-gender are the only way to resolve the crisis at Jammu & Kashmir, in
India for social development. The gender/genetic coding sequence is primary
and encoding of economics is secondary for social development.

Human comfort and pleasure is in trouble without biosphere comfort and

pleasure under global warming due to false social coding, encoding of economics
and decoding of unclean technology generated out of gender inequities. Gender
equity maintain social coding to encode fair economy and decode clean technology
which maintain emotional equilibrium [EQ] to balance with moral values[IQ] for
social development. The prevailing intoxicated[EQ] emotional values of the mass
favors corporate, government and media to gain power and pocketing common
people’s resources via unclean technology, languages, emotional tipped
information, race, religion, caste, creed via multiple agencies who make fun out of
common people. The common people must practice to relieve themselves
from intoxicated emotional [EQ] dominion values to balance with moral
[IQ} values by revolting against untruly activities of corporate,
government and media foul play of inducing sex, violence and noise
pollution with emotional tipped information for huge profits via multiple
agencies. To demonstrate moral values among the mass was taken 74
years for a common man Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam from the presidium of
Rastrapati Bhawan in India. He is still alive with the dream of social
development where his moral ethics are buried under table of House of
Representatives in India.

Even after Swiss Government’s approval letter, the ruling and opposition parties in
India compromised on huge illegal amount 0f Rs.70, 00,000/-corers [Rs.70 lacks corers]
held in between 1947 to 2008 in Swiss bank by fooling the common people’s
development. Recently in 2010, August both governments signed protocol to know
the instance of evasion out of Rs.70 lacks corers with crocodile tears. It is good to
be a cannibal rather than exploiting the rights, resources and the share of natural
deposits belong common people around the world.

The common person does not include or consider the privileged strata of the
population due to stress induced profitable motives hidden in corporate,
governments and media foul plays who lead comfortable life in the lagoon of
poverty without sense. The wisdom is in moral ethics which balances with emotional
tipped information for Peace. The global gender inequities and its false social
composition are paralyzed moral beings and paved way for emotional addicted
beings to run corporate, government and media for huge profits. The game is on to
reach the destination of insanity to eat one another without experiencing the
biological relationship hidden in mutual-ism for social development. He who
practices mutual-ism can overcome issues and stress to gain equitable
process for social development. Gender/genetic inequities randomly expand security
risks due to diminishing [IQ] moral values in continents to benefit arms seller & buyer to make huge
profits by hiring and firing common people decorated in uniform without bothering
about biological and social destruction on either sides.

The ratio of gender inequities, stress among common people were generating
irregular perception and behave falsely while voting in the pools to end in collation
government without majority. The stress of unemployment among common people
help Governments and corporate to acquire votes, vast lands with or without
payment or pump illicit or borrowed funds into so-called projects by mortgaging
common people with foreign hands or banks or elsewhere. The huge unaccounted
money from corporate, media donated via trust or societies as donors to cement
the holes in Law or

to be a good baby of the governments around the world. The ongoing Global
social development is not a development and it is obesity, over crowd
which developed under gender inequities by depleting the Natural
deposits in tons and tons with faster use of unclean technologies from
various geographical regions without common concern and global
warming.

Gender equity is increasing the flow of genetic information, energy and awareness
via biological relationship of mutual-ism for healthy and Qualitative changes in the
structure and framework of society for social development. Profitable motives are
venom generated by stress and gender inequities hidden in physical, social, mental
and psychological process to gain silly pride to show superiority and divide societies
in classes among one another for social degradation and destruction.

United Nations must thrive to develop mutual-ism among humans via Globalization
and one currency system for all nations to reinstate biological relationship for social
development. It is unworthy of UN organ such as UNICEF who indicated the
definition of CSO; NGOs in profitable notion in WEB site which need to
correct the word profit and reinstate mutual-ism to develop biological
relationship with CSO, NGOs for child & social development. To reinstate
biological relationship of mutual-ism among one another, the United Nations must
promote Global gender equity. To promote global gender equity, each government
must prevent human isolation, unnatural deaths and senseless migrations from
various geographical regions. The gender equity and its coding sequences
synchronizes human information, opinion, policies and speculations while encoding
economics and erase inflation, recession to decode clean technologies for social
development. Mutual-ism regularizes government and judicial system in a cycle as
Nation without Constitutional crisis and disputes for social development. Disputes
are the illegal child of gender inequities and born out of stress in
profitable notion. Mutual-ism erases disputes for social development.
Humans need to sacrifice plenty to save Earth and lives where they have born in
solar family to live certain duration, grow and end to enrich biosphere and
accommodate next generation in cycle for cosmic transformation. Humans knew
where they are now and my manual will alter their introspection towards social
Development for Peace.

Peace and prosperity around the world.
