ABSTRACT

For updating students College Assignments to Moodle(college server)

through mobile application. This Application can capture and share the
assignments in some steps. Application will also provide for adding metadata &
watermarks and saving it to appropriate format. it also maintain a proper database
offline and Gdrive. The Application will help the user a highly effective and efficient
user friendly environment.

There is a lot of reason for the introduction of this project. In the manual
System so in this project, we tried to give complete solution for moodle
assignments updates. Therefore, it avoids user to use other Apps for scanning
there docs browsing Moodle externally and maintaining the database manually.

As we are using Kivy open-source python library Developing it’s easy

Hybrid App Development means application code can be execute for both android
and ios type application.

The project aimed to developed with the objective of making user work
reliable, easier, fast, facinating and more informative there asignment updates as
it saves some time. Apart from this project promote college to digitalization.

Requirement Analysis
Existing System
In the manual System. As till now students are using some other
application like CamScanner or other android or ios apps scanning there docs and
updating the docs to there college portal manually with no other extra feature like
adding page number, adding watermarks or other metadata features. Students
assignments database management is not available .

Proposed System
In our System. College will have it’s own application. Students can
update there assignments with our android or IOS App . Application features
scanning handwritten docs and updating the docs directly college portal with the
application, Adding page number, adding watermarks or other metadata features.
Students assignments database management available as simple as maintaining
a notebook. App make students work reliable, easier, fast, facinating and more
informative there asignment updates as it saves some time. Apart from this project
promote college to digitalization.
