As a CONSTITUTIONALIST my concern is the true meaning and application of the constitution.

While the greens are all about protecting earth and about refugees when it comes to the torture
and dead of animals and human beings that could be prevented then their silence is deafening.
Oh, I get it, with refugees the lawyers are often associated with the Greens making good money
out of it whereas who cares about the torture and killing of animals and human beings elsewhere,

 Data obtained via the Freedom of Information Act though gives an idea of the dimensions of
military chemical and biological experiments carried out at Porton Down. A total of 122,050
animals have been exposed to deadly pathogens, chemicals and incurable diseases over the last decade
(2005-2016).

British military scientists were funded by DTRA to perform Chemical Agent system testing as part of
a $39.7 million Pentagon program (2012-2017) at Porton Down. Documents prove that the US Department
of Defense Agency – DTRA funded animal experiments with chemical agents at the secretive British military
lab.

The document provides information about other programs running in the USA and UK from 2005 to 2016.
Among them are the London Underground chemical trials. They were conducted by the Defense Science and
Technology Laboratory (DSTL), also known as Porton Down.
Information obtained from the UK government contracts registry confirms that Porton Down scientists
conducted a study involving access to the London tube under a 3-year contract with the London Underground
(2011-2014). The content of the project is not specified though.
According to the contract documents, the London Underground cannot communicate “on these matters with
any media representative unless specifically granted permissions to do so. In the event that the Contract
becomes classified the Contractor must safeguard information. Before publishing information to the general
public, Porton Down may redact any information that would be exempt from disclosure if it was the subject
of a request for information under the Freedom of Information Act”.

Let us be clear about it that this usage of the London Underground was not just limited to the UK
population but could have and would have affected thousands of aliens who were in the London
Underground. One has to ask was this secret deal within the authority of the London
Underground authority? How often did indeed the British Government use chemical weapons

And the British government has the gall to argue about Douma and pretend that it is against

(provided by DSTL)”. If the work in 2012/13 proves to be successful there is potential for a second phase to
be pursued in 2013/14 examining other powder materials with the same techniques, the contract documents
reveal. The project’s stated goal is marked improvement in the efficiency of aerosolisation over current
techniques used at DSTL.

There is no indication the British has stopped using ordinary people who reside in the UK or who
happen to be in the UK from using as Guinea pigs to test chemical/biological weapons!
Members of any Australian Parliament may just be aware they too and any family member who
travels with them could be signing up to a lifelong sentence if not death if they befall pray to
such a test. And one has to ask why the Australian government has not issued travel warning
against visiting the UK, because of the testing of chemical and biological weapons upon anyone
who happen to be at the time of any test in the UK.
While Prime Minister Malcolm Turnbull and other former Prime Ministers seek to align with the
UK reality is they were likely kept in the dark about the usage of chemical and biological

50% of the animals or the so called LD50 indicator. The value of LD50 for a substance is the dose required to
kill half the members of the tested population after a specified test duration. Six of the monkeys died from
anthrax from 40 to 140 h.

Yes the dreaded Ebola seems to me to be part of Porton Down scientific research and testing on
those who happen to be in the testing area.
Very strange perhaps but suddenly I do not mind as a taxpayer for politicians to visit the UK at
taxpayers monies when the UK is performing testing at those in the testing area. After all, if it is
good enough for politicians to keep silent about it then let them suffer the consequences of it.

It must be clear that the UK is a dead-merchant peddling chemical and biological weapons of
mass destruction and then hypocritically and arrogant pretend that it is against the use of such
murderous weapons. And considering that ‘Novichok’ has UAS patents and is freely available
over the internet then to blame the Russians for it hardly seems to me to be sensible where in fact
it was previously the Soviet Union but not the later Russian federation which had stockpiled it.
I would not be surprised if a further attempt was to be made against S. Skripal and then they
make sure he will end up dead. And I reasonably can assume that it relates perhaps to Killery or
the UK itself as they appear to me to be beneficiaries to any dead of S. Kripal.
Still, the silence of objections by the Greens is deafening, as to underline how much they
really care about the torture and dead of animals and human beings.
