1. Many of the staff are striving to obtain qualification in national examination through
actual work experience, and support is available within the facility and other
cooperating institutions. As a result, many people have obtained kaigofukushishi
qualification.
In addition to a raise by qualification allowance (4,000 yen), opportunity to work at
practical level and other promotion assured at equal level of Japanese staff.

return of the elderly to their homes, who have contributed to society in numerous ways.

for about 15 years. Also, clinical training for foreign physicians and development of
foreign physiotherapists and clinical nurses have been available for 2 years.
