1. Many of the staff are striving to obtain qualification in national examination through
actual work experience, and support is available within the facility and other
cooperating institutions. As a result, many people have obtained kaigofukushishi
qualification.
In addition to a raise by qualification allowance (4,000 yen), opportunity to work at
practical level and other promotion assured at equal level of Japanese staff.
