Skip Counting Counting forwards or backwards by a number other than 1.

Multiplication is the process of calculating the total of one number multiplied by another.

Number line a line on which numbers are marked at intervals, used to illustrate simple
numerical operations.

Engage (warm up, review prior knowledge): time:
I will start the lesson with greeting students and ask them if they know how to do skip counting then I will
review the skip counting in the board to make sure that students will do the Multiplication equations by skip 5 min
counting.
Core (introduce and practice new concepts & procedures):
Then I will but some multiplication problems in the boards and solve it with the students at beginning I will
do it with number line then I will but one of them without the number line. 30 min
Then I will give the student worksheet have a multiplication problem. so, it divided to three level the high,
medium and low groups. I will tell each group what they have to do when I give them the papers.

The high group which is cuboids group activity will they will have to multiply by two digits cause they able to
with one digit.

The medium group which is t prisms group will have multiplication problem with number line they have to
solve it and without the number line.

The low group which is pyramids group which will be sitting with me at the carpet they will have also
multiplication problem, but they will solve it by number line.

If the students finish early they can read a story.

Then we will come back to the carpet and share what the groups do I will ask them to share it with the
students who is sitting beside them. As an ending for the lesson and to make sure they understand we will 5 min
