Dear Candidate,

In follow up to your discussions with the Company, we are pleased to offer you a conditional offer of
employment to join the Company as a Business Person reporting to a manager, per the terms outlined in this
letter. This offer of employment is conditioned on your satisfactory completion of certain requirements, as more
fully explained in this letter. Your employment is subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this letter, which
override anything said to you during your interview or any other discussions about your employment with the
Company. We are dedicated to providing our employees with an attractive and competitive total rewards
package which is outlined below for your review.

Start Date: ​We look forward to you joining the Company as an exempt employee on 1/01/2020. Upon joining
the Company, you will take part in a 365-day on-boarding program designed to accelerate your understanding
of our business, policies and processes and help you assimilate to the company.

Base Salary: ​You will be paid a base salary of USD $250,000.00/Yr. gross per year, payable semi-monthly.
Any and all payments made to you shall be in accordance with the standard payroll practices of the Company
and subject to all withholdings and deductions as required by law. This is an exempt level position so is not
eligible for overtime pay.

Benefits:​ If this offer is accepted, you (and your dependents and beneficiaries, if applicable) will be eligible to
participate in any of the employee benefit plans and programs in effect from time to time, including paid time off
(“PTO”), group medical and life insurance, 401(K), and other fringe benefits the Company offers to its
employees of similar classification, position, and title, in accordance with and subject to the eligibility and other
provisions of such plans and programs. Such plans and programs may be amended from time to time or
terminated in the sole discretion of the Company and a more detailed description of your benefits can be found
in the attached Benefits Guide.

Medical, Dental, Vision, Life and Disability Insurance Coverages​ - These insurance benefits are available the
month following your Start Date for all regular full-time employees (​see attached Benefit Guide for more
detailed information and associated costs​).

401(K)​ – Eligible employees are eligible to participate in the 401(k) plan starting on their date of hire. The
Company match is 50% on the first 99% of salary.

PTO​ – The Company Paid Time Off program is provided to all regular full-time employees and is granted during
an employee’s hiring year up to 365 days.
