Os advérbios, em inglês, dão qualidade ao VERBO, ADJETIVO ou outro ADVÉRBIO.
Eles descrevem algo mais detalhadamente e respondendo perguntas como: (HOW,
WHEN, WHERE, HOW... or WHY).

A. Em sua grande maioria os advérbios são derivados dos adjetivos e seguem as
seguintes regras:
01. Geral (adj + "ly").
Ex: nice - niceLY
loud - loudLY
05. Irregulares.
Ex: true - truly
good - well
-> Tipos:
- Duration
Serve para informar a DURAÇÃO de algo.
Respondem perguntas como: "How Long..?"
Ex: long
UTILIZADO:
* [END] - Ex: I’m not staying LONG.
- Frequency
Serve para informar com qual FREQUÊNCIA algo ocorre.
Respondem perguntas como: "How Often..?"
Ex: always
daily
sometimes
UTILIZADO:
* [FRO] - (as vezes) Ex: SOMETIMES she wore a woollen hat.
Obs: ALWAYS, EVER e NEVER nunca usar no começo.
* [MID] - (usualmente) Ex: We OFTEN have friends to stay.
* [END] - (as vezes) Ex: We don’t see them very OFTEN.
- Intensifier
Serve para informar com qual INTENSIDADE/GRAU algo ocorre.
Respondem perguntas como: "How / How Much / How Deep / How Distance /
How ...?"
Ex: awfully
completely
far
UTILIZADO:
* [MID] - Ex: I REALLY like those pink flowers.
Obs: REALLY, VERY, QUITE
* [END] - (usualmente) Ex: We go to Ireland A LOT.
- Manner
Serve para informar em que MODO algo ocorre.
Respondem perguntas como: "How...?"
Ex: daringly
fast
quickly
UTILIZADO:
* [MID] - Ex: She QUICKLY ate her dinner and ran out. (não é a parte
principal)
* [END] - Ex: She ate QUICKLY.
- Place
Serve para informar em que LUGAR algo ocorre.
Respondem perguntas como: "Where...?"
Ex: away

UTILIZADO:
* [MID] - Ex: Outside, there was a small pond.
* [END] - Ex: Can you come over HERE?
UTILIZADO:
* [FRO] - Ex: TODAY, I’m going to clean the house. (ênfase)
* [END] - Ex: I’m flying to Edinburgh TOMORROW.

Ex:
