1. Facilitate Student learning & development
a. Pitching activities for different students based on their milestones
b. Plan lessons and activities based on theme, considering students’ strengths, interest,
learning styles → multiples means of presentation
2. Collaboration
a. Work closely with APs in setting goals
b. Familiarize with EIP processes and SOP
3. Self Development
a. Using feedback and reflective practice
b. Reflecting about lessons conducted → taking students’ perspective when reflecting

1. Differentiating for Barrin and Jaime


2. Making Learning Centre work for Sunflower & maybe Coral → going over to EM to see how
the learning zones are set up and used for different classes
