Petitioner Jordan W. Neighbors, through counsel undersigned,
hereby responds to the Motion for Sanction filed by Respondent on
or about November 11, 2016, This frivolous motion should be
denied.
In the Petition for Dissolution of Marriage, Petitioner
placed her parents’ address down as the address where she is
living as she is currently a resident physician following medical
school and she uses her parent's address for receiving mail and
important documents. In addition, Petitioner does reside with her
parents a few days each month when her residency schedule
permits.

Motion to Amend Legal Decision Making on an Ex Parte Basis
Respondent asks that this matter be referred to Coneiliation Court in Mesa. The Court's
file reflects that Respondent filed a separate petition for conciliation services on November 9,
2016 (see Cuse No. FC2016-096151). On November 10, 2016, the Court entered an Order 1
Appear for Conciliation Court Services requiring the parties to appear at the Court’s Mesa
facility on December 22, 2016, at the times indicated in the Order. Accordingly, on the Court's
own motion,
IT IS ORDERED consolidating FC2016-096151 into this matter. and the parties are
directed to file all future papers in this matter. The consolidated matter will remain assigned to
this Division.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED vacating the Return Hearing on Respondent's request for
temporary orders, which was scheduled in this Division on December 2. 2016, at 11:00 a.m.
This hearing will be rescheduled in Judge Cohen’s Division.
